We’re hiring a Bar Manager to join the opening team of a brand-new location from one of the region’s most respected and guest-forward hospitality groups. If you’re a dynamic, hands-on leader with a passion for great drinks and great people, we’d love to hear from you.

Upscale Bar Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach and lead the bar team to deliver consistently excellent service
  • Train staff on recipes, hospitality standards, and operational execution
  • Actively work the floor and bar to ensure a standout guest experience
  • Monitor labor, inventory, and bar costs to meet financial goals
  • Uphold the company’s high standards and positive, family-driven culture

Upscale Bar Manager Requirements:

  • 3+ years of bar management experience in a full-service, high-volume setting
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team with a GM mentality
  • Flexible schedule – must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Positive, energetic, and reliable with a hands-on leadership style
