We’re looking for a high-energy Assistant Manager with strong Front-of-House experience and General Manager potential to join our casual dining team. This is a hands-on, guest-focused leadership role in a busy, upbeat environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering exceptional guest experiences through warm, attentive service
- Leading FOH operations and building team morale
- Managing staff schedules and labor efficiency
- Handling inventory control, line checks, prep lists, and order check-ins
- Processing invoices and managing vendor credits
- Supporting and working collaboratively with the management team
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and high-performing restaurant
- Ensuring a strong sense of urgency and service at every shift
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of casual or fast-casual management experience
- Experience managing in a $3M+ annual sales volume restaurant
- Strong FOH leadership with GM potential
- Positive attitude, great communication, and genuine love for hospitality
- Proven ability to drive team performance and guest satisfaction
- Stable work history (no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years)
