Our client is a leading continuous process manufacturing facility near Lincoln, Nebraska. They are seeking a Lab Manager to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, industrial environment. This is a key leadership role, directly supervising a team and and reporting to the Plant Manager.

Lab Manager Perks:

Lab Manager Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field
  • Proven management experience in industrial manufacturing management
  • Background in laboratory operations, ideally within the ethanol industry
  • Experience developing and managing safety programs and regulatory compliance
  • Knowledge of Food Safety standards, HACCP, or similar programs is a plus
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage lab and plant personnel
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Proficient with technology and detail-oriented
  • Ability and desire to relocate to Lincoln, Nebraska upon hire (relocation assistance provided)
  • Strong career progression with solid work tenure
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
