Looking for an Executive Sous Chef who is hungry to contribute and grow with our company. Someone who relishes being the person in charge and reports to the Culinary Director and is ready to bring their ideas and vision to the table.
Executive Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Will be the person with ultimate authority for the kitchen
- Maintain a pristine establishment that exceeds all Health Department regulations.
- Deliver exceptional prime cost controls.
- Staff the kitchen with a team of talented true believers
Executive Sous Chef Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a similar role in a polished casual or fine dining restaurant.
- High volume experience ($7 million+ annually) and the ability to deliver on multiple priorities.
- Ability to contribute towards crafting new menu items.
- Ability to coach, motivate, and hold your team accountable.
Executive Sous Chef Benefits:
- Strong base salary of $85 to $95K plus monthly bonus payouts
