Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Are you a certified BCBA with a passion for helping children with diverse learning and behavioral needs succeed? We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Behavior Analyst to join a collaborative team providing direct and consultative services to students and staff in a specialized school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and indirect behavioral support to students and staff
  • Train classroom teams on ABA assessments and engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and monitor individualized behavior plans
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
  • Analyze behavioral data to inform and adjust interventions
  • Provide guidance and professional development in ABA principles
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Offer support during behavioral crises and participate in student admissions
  • Maintain accurate behavioral documentation
  • Partner with families to set meaningful goals and encourage active participation in treatment

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Experience conducting behavioral assessments across a range of ages and abilities
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Strong clinical judgment in intervention planning and execution
  • Passion for working with children in a supportive, team-based environment
