General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience managing multi-outlet or high-volume hospitality operations
  • Proven ability to lead, unify, and develop department heads across FOH, events, and nightlife
  • Full ownership of P&L, labor management, financial reporting, and cost control systems
  • Hands-on leadership style with a presence across all areas—from ambiance to service flow
  • Ability to implement training programs and SOPs tailored to varied service environments

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Experience with both dining and nightlife service models
  • Background in event programming and private dining coordination
  • History of success in hospitality group or multi-unit brand growth
  • Familiarity with fine dining, omakase, or multi-course/tasting menu formats
  • Strong guest-facing presence, including VIP relations and service recovery
