Restaurant Manager – Full-Service, High-Volume | Growth-Focused Concept

Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations in a high-volume, full-service environment
  • Drive exceptional guest service and team performance
  • Oversee shift execution, food safety, and labor management
  • Coach and develop front-of-house team members
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and cleanliness protocols
  • Collaborate with kitchen and service teams to deliver an outstanding guest experience
  • Analyze sales and labor reports to drive revenue and control costs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of full-service restaurant management experience
  • Proven success managing $2M+ annual sales volume
  • Strong leadership skills with a results-driven mindset
  • High energy, approachable, and committed to team success
  • Must be highly guest-focused, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience mentoring and developing team members is highly preferred
