Fine Dining Executive Sous Chef
Join a Modern French fine dining establishment where culinary excellence meets timeless elegance. We’re seeking a Fine Dining Executive Sous Chef to support the Executive Chef in leading a refined and innovative kitchen focused on technique, precision, and seasonality.

Fine Dining Executive Sous Chef – Requirements & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years in a fine dining or Michelin-caliber kitchen, including prior Sous Chef experience
- Strong foundation in French culinary techniques, sauces, butchery, and plating standards
- Proven ability to lead and train kitchen staff in a high-standard environment
- Daily responsibilities include overseeing mise en place, assisting with menu development, expediting service, and ensuring kitchen cleanliness and prep accuracy
- Commitment to excellence, organization, and a calm presence during high-pressure service
Fine Dining Executive Sous Chef – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Experience in French tasting menus or prix-fixe service formats
- Background in seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and sustainability practices
- Ability to manage ordering, inventory, and work with purveyors to ensure top-quality ingredients
