Restaurant Manager – Lead Daily Operations in a High-Energy Environment

We’re hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and team performance in a high-energy, high-volume setting. Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant General Manager
  • Success managing high-volume bar or full-service restaurant operations (AUV $3M–$7M)
  • Experience leading hourly staff and management teams
  • Skilled in managing KPIs including labor, cost of goods, and guest satisfaction
  • Background in independent, polished casual, or corporate dining
  • Energetic, outgoing personality with knowledge of current music and social trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead under pressure

Restaurant Manager – Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing both FOH & BOH operations
  • Ability to manage a 50/50 food-to-bar concept
  • Knowledge of scheduling, P&L reporting, and compliance standards
  • Familiarity with modern POS and back-office management tools
