Regional Vice President of Operations – Growing Hotel Management Company

Are you an experienced leader in the hospitality industry looking for an exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding hotel management company? We are seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of 30+ properties, focusing on operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and profitability.

Who We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of regional management experience within the Economy and Budget Extended Stay segment. This role requires extensive travel (75%), including overnight stays, to effectively support and manage multiple properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all owned and/or managed properties.
  • Collaborate with General Managers and hotel management teams to drive operational performance, guest satisfaction, and team engagement.
  • Ensure financial success by optimizing revenue, controlling costs, and implementing best practices across all locations.

Qualifications:

5+ years of regional management experience in the hospitality industry, specifically with Economy/Budget Extended Stay properties.

Experience managing at least 30 properties within a hotel management company.

Strong leadership, operational, and financial acumen.

Ability to travel 75% of the time, with reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed).

Proficiency in hotel management systems and software.

Professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
