We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager for a modern, unique, fine-dining restaurant in the heart of West Palm Beach. If you enjoy leading teams, and have a passion for excellent cuisine and guest service, this opportunity is for you!

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a GM in a fine dining environment
  • Experience with Mediterranean cuisine is a plus!
  • Familiarity with local West Palm Beach market trends
  • Create and maintain a positive and professional work culture
  • Highly experienced with P+L, Inventory, Cost Controls
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Expert with all fine dining steps of service
