A renowned New York City-based restaurant group is seeking a Sous Chef with passion, precision, and proven kitchen leadership. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, growth-oriented team where talent is recognized and promoted.

What You’ll Do:

  • Support the Executive Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations
  • Lead BOH team in a high-volume, upscale dining environment
  • Oversee daily prep, service execution, and closing procedures
  • Train and mentor junior staff to maintain culinary excellence
  • Ensure all food meets high standards of taste, presentation, and consistency
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with DOH standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or kitchen leader in an upscale or fine-dining setting
  • A culinary professional with strong technique, palate, and team-building skills
  • Passion for seasonal, ingredient-driven cuisine
  • Ability to lead with calm under pressure and clear communication
  • Solid knowledge of inventory, ordering, kitchen systems, and safety protocols
