A growing restaurant group is seeking a District Manager to lead the operations of multiple restaurant locations with a strong focus on people-first leadership. This is an excellent opportunity for a high-volume Restaurant General Manager looking to advance into a multi-unit leadership role. District Manager Benefits/Compensation:

District Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 7 years of restaurant management; 3+ years in a multi-unit restaurant mgmt role
  • Lead and support the operations of approximately 5 locations
  • Recruit, train, and mentor team members with a hands-on leadership style
  • Ensure consistent food quality and high customer satisfaction
  • Uphold safety standards and foster a positive work environment
  • Monitor operational performance and drive business improvements
  • Maintain staff morale and uphold company values and culture
