Looking for a highly accomplished horse trainer with a strong background in reining and cow horse disciplines to develop, condition, and compete show-ready horses on a private 20,000 acre ranch in Montana. This is a hands-on, results-driven role for a serious professional with a proven track record. Newly built horse section where almost all horse activities take place. Brand-new indoor riding arena, beautiful viewing spaces for entertainment, a brand-new stall barn where we can stall 26 horses with turnout, paddocks for different turnout configurations, all pipe fencing, and an outdoor riding arena. Beautiful facilities.
- Must-Haves
- Proven success in reining, working cow horse, and/or western versatility
- Strong references and competition record (e.g., NRHA, NRCHA, AQHA)
- Ability to start colts and finish show-ready horses
- Experience working with amateur/youth riders is a plus
