Sous Chef – Day Shift | $65K + Benefits | Off By 5PM

We’re hiring a Sous Chef for a high-volume, fast-paced commissary kitchen. This is a hands-on leadership role in a professional, team-driven environment—where you're running point and walking out the door by 5PM.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily culinary operations with precision and urgency
• Supervise and mentor a tight, high-performing team
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and consistency across all stations
• Manage inventory, food costs, and kitchen systems
• Drive execution and represent our standards with pride

What You Bring:

• 5+ years of culinary experience (required)
• 3+ years in a kitchen management role (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Culinary degree preferred but not mandatory
• Solid command of food trends, operations, and cost control
• Passion for food, leadership, and team development
