Now Hiring: Beverage Prep & Operations Coordinator

Pay: $22/hr base + ~$4.75–$6/hr in tips

Schedule: Full-time | Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sat (9AM–5PM)

Benefits: Full health package + overtime potential (up to 5 hrs/week)

We’re looking for an independent, detail-driven team member to take ownership of a behind-the-scenes kitchen operation supporting a vibrant beverage program. This position is perfect for someone who thrives working solo, enjoys crafting high-quality drink components, and values structure with a creative twist. If you’ve ever worked in coffee, bartending, or quick-service leadership—and love working clean and organized—this might be your dream daytime gig.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Batch unique frozen and hot beverages, garnishes, and drink components with precision
  • Maintain food safety practices and uphold exceptional cleanliness standards
  • Place product orders, manage inventory, and input vendor invoices
  • Run the daily kitchen setup and breakdown entirely on your own
  • Collaborate on seasonal and R&D projects for new menu items
  • Help streamline processes and reduce waste with your sharp operational eye

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Strong background in barista, bartender, or QSR-style beverage prep
  • Comfort working independently and staying organized
  • Experience with inventory systems and vendor communication
  • A creative spark—we value fresh ideas and hands-on problem solving
  • Must be 21+ with or willing to obtain ServSafe/SMART certification
  • Able to lift up to 150 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
