Financial Controller Benefits and Compensation:

Financial Controller Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree or master’s in accounting or finance; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
  • Construction industry experience is required
  • Proven experience building and leading finance teams
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint

Financial Controller Preferred Background & Skills:

  • US and Texas Tax knowledge
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to use initiative and work autonomously
