Inventory Controller Responsibilities:
- All aspects of inventory management
- Reviews pricing and assists with purchasing
- Tracks all spoilage and waste
- Data analyzing and reporting on inventory
- Food safety compliance with all Local, State, and Federal regulations
- Strong communication skills as well as ensure compliance with corporate offices
Inventory Controller Qualifications:
- 2+ years of purchasing experience in a food-first industry
- Must be experienced in the entire supply chain
- Background in pricing, sourcing, marketing, negotiating, merchandising, inventory control, and logistics
- Strong understanding of store operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
