We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing technology team. This role blends partnership management, customer success, and team leadership—ideal for a strategic “player-coach” who thrives in a fast-paced, B2B environment. The role will focus heavily on supply-side partnerships and managing a portfolio of high-impact enterprise accounts across the travel sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management & Growth:
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of 75–100 B2B accounts, including key enterprise partners in the travel industry (e.g., hotel groups, airlines, OTAs, and platforms like TripAdvisor).
  • Client Onboarding & Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the onboarding and post-launch success of new clients. Ensure a smooth handoff from the business development team and drive ongoing value through strategic account oversight.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Operate as a player-coach—manage your own top accounts while helping to build and mentor a growing account management team.
  • Partnerships & Strategic Relationships:
  • Build and maintain high-impact partnerships. Deep relationships and existing connections in the travel and hospitality space are a major asset.
  • Technical & Product Collaboration:
  • Serve as a bridge between clients and internal technical teams. Understand connectivity and distribution systems and help translate client needs into actionable product feedback.
  • Cross-Functional Execution:
  • Work closely with business development, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery and long-term account success.

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • 5–10+ years of B2B account management experience, ideally in travel tech, SaaS, or marketplaces
  • Proven ability to manage 75–100 accounts, with a focus on enterprise clients
  • Experience building or leading teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Strong understanding of travel supply, connectivity, and distribution systems
  • Technical acumen with a comfort level working across product and engineering functions
  • A background in customer success, partnerships, or strategic account management
  • Existing industry relationships across travel and hospitality sectors
  • Open and available to work in office, this is not a remote role

Salary/Benefits:

  • Salary 125-150k, DOE
  • Full health benefits package
  • Bonus Potential
  • 401k
  • PTO
