This role is all about operating a fast-paced, tech-powered kitchen where the food speaks for itself—no front-of-house staff, just next-level efficiency and flavor. If you’ve got culinary chops and a passion for leading tight teams, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You'll Be Rocking

  • Run the daily show in a kiosk-forward kitchen setup
  • Lead a skilled, cross-functional BOH crew with precision
  • Oversee prep, production, delivery, and commissary flow
  • Keep quality, safety, and flavor dialed in at every step
  • Own the details—staffing, service, scheduling, and more

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3–5 years cooking in fast-paced kitchens (you know every station cold)
  • 2+ years guiding BOH teams in a leadership role
  • Fluent in food cost, inventory, and efficient kitchen systems
  • Comfortable with tech—from self-order kiosks to delivery dashboards
  • Cool-headed, motivational, and obsessed with great food

The Must-Haves

  • Active Manager’s Food Handler Certification
  • Open schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs
