An upscale Steakhouse is seeking a talented bi-lingual Sous Chef who is looking to grow their career.

Sous Chef Benefits/Compensation:

  • 5-day work week
  • Privately owned establishment with an impeccable reputation
  • Dinner-only schedule and closes at 9!
  • Healthcare eligibility after 4 months

Sous Chef Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an upscale Steakhouse
  • Must speak English and Spanish
  • Must be proficient at broiler and saute station and work one of these stations through the dinner rush
  • Experience costing out recipes and executing scheduling and inventory
  • Must do a stage as part of the interview process
