We’re an exciting, fast-growing company seeking a talented and dynamic Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary operations at our stunning beachfront location. 🔍 What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum 4 years of cooking experience, including time as a Sous Chef
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong guest focus and a passion for hospitality
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems, inventory platforms, and scheduling tools

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and develop the back-of-house team
  • Oversee all kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and equipment maintenance
  • Enforce standards of attendance, punctuality, and professionalism
  • Maintain quality and consistency in food preparation, execution, and presentation
