Sous Chef – Elevated American Dining | Scottsdale, AZ

This upscale scratch kitchen blends rustic traditions with modern flair, serving everything from wood-grilled steaks and fresh seafood to creative cocktails in an energetic, guest-forward environment.
We’re currently seeking a Sous Chef to join our Scottsdale team — someone with leadership presence, high standards, and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced, dinner-only operation.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead from the line: work all stations and support expo, guest interactions, ordering, and inventory
- Motivate and guide BOH staff with an energetic and hands-on management style
- Assist in managing financials, food and labor costs, and kitchen operations
- Ensure consistent execution of elevated dishes in a high-volume setting
- Support a collaborative culture driven by quality, integrity, and fun
The Ideal Candidate:
- 2–5 years in a Sous Chef, Executive Sous, or Kitchen Manager role
- Experienced with $2M+ annual revenue restaurants
- Wood-fired grill experience is a big plus
- Energetic, outgoing, and thrives in a team-first atmosphere
- Entrepreneurial mindset – takes ownership and shows initiative
- Must already be local or relocating independently to the Scottsdale area
