We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our stablish upscale operations and elevate the guest experience at our wine-forward restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a concept that blends warm hospitality, seasonal menus, and a curated selection of exceptional wines. We’re looking for a hands-on leader who is committed to excellence, team development, and community connection.

General Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of General Manager experience in an upscale or boutique dining environment
  • Strong understanding of wine service, pairings, and guest education
  • Proven success managing FOH and BOH teams, scheduling, and staffing
  • Strong financial acumen: P&L, inventory, labor costs, and vendor management
  • Experience delivering exceptional guest service in a hospitality-driven environment

General Manager Preferred Background and Skills:

  • Certification in wine (WSET Level 1+, CMS, or equivalent)
  • Background in wine retail, wine bars, or restaurants with curated wine programs
  • Experience developing local marketing or community outreach initiatives
  • Familiarity with seasonal menu execution and working closely with culinary teams
  • Ability to host or support wine tastings, events, and pairing dinners
