We are looking for a strong General Manager to lead our team! Are you a self-starter and natural leader? Are you looking to join an established brand with multiple concepts and definite room for growth? We're interviewing now!
General Manager Responsibilities:
- Guest relations: demonstrate and instill a guest first philosophy to ensure satisfaction and repeat visits.
- Staff development: ensure that ongoing training is up to date and staff is consistently being individually coached.
- Inventory, P&L, budget control: final authority of restaurant level profit, expenses, and inventory management.
- Exemplify core values: lead by example and hold to account.
General Manager Qualifications:
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environment.
- 3+ years in General Manager role or 5 years AGM.
- Attention to detail.
- People person – need to be the mayor of the restaurant!
