Executive Chef – Luxury Hospitality Group (High Growth Opportunity)

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of Executive Chef experience in upscale or fine dining environments
· Culinary degree or formal culinary training
- Proven leadership ability with a team-first, mentorship-oriented approach
- Expertise in inventory management, food costing, labor controls, and overall kitchen operations
- Hands-on leadership style with the ability to train, coach, and develop culinary teams
- Commitment to food safety standards, kitchen cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Willingness to collaborate with FOH leaders to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction
Preferred Background & Skills
- Experience leading openings or working in multi-unit operations
- Familiarity with seasonal menu development and local sourcing
- Track record of building high-retention kitchen teams and positive kitchen culture
