HVAC Service Technician Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1+ year(s) of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems
• Solid HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with system drawings and safe work practices
• Troubleshoot and repair a range of HVAC systems and equipment in the field
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Recommend repairs or upgrades with a focus on long-term value for the client
• Participate in the on-call schedule
• Willingness to travel within a 90-minute radius of Harleysville, PA

HVAC Installation Technician Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in commercial service environments
• Proficiency using tablet-based service software or mobile work orders
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage service calls efficiently
