Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Lead by example and set the tone for kitchen operations and culture
• Communicate clearly and consistently with team members and leadership
• Drive creativity through research, testing, and development of new dishes
• Execute operational and culinary goals through strategic planning
• Train, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff
• Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and professional environment
• Experience in latin, italian or mediterranean preferred
• Experience in high volume kitchen
• Proficient with Food Cost control and inventory
