Service & Bar Manager – Lead the Floor, Elevate the Experience
Are you passionate about delivering unforgettable guest experiences and leading a high-energy front-of-house team?
We're seeking a hands-on Service/Bar Manager who thrives in the action, balancing bar expertise, top-notch hospitality, and strong team leadership.
You'll set the service tone, inspire your team, and ensure every guest leaves impressed, all while keeping operations smooth and standards high.
What You'll Do:
- Be a visible, dynamic leader across the bar, dining room, and front door
- Inspire and engage your team to create memorable guest experiences
- Handle FOH scheduling, hiring, and onboarding
- Lead training and ongoing development for front-of-house staff
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, and bi-weekly liquor/wine/beer counts
- Collaborate with the General Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of leadership in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
- Strong bar knowledge and a guest-first mindset
- Calm, confident leadership under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A self-driven, professional presence with a passion for hospitality
