We’re looking for a dynamic, kitchen-driven General Manager to lead our innovative restaurant where self-order kiosks replace traditional front-of-house service. This is a working manager role with heavy involvement in kitchen operations, ideal for someone who thrives in both cooking and leadership.
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all daily operations in a high-functioning, kiosk-based kitchen
- Lead a cross-trained back-of-house team to deliver exceptional food + beverage
- Manage prep, production, third-party delivery, and commissary coordination
- Maintain quality, consistency, food safety, and guest satisfaction
- Own it all—from the grill to guest experience to scheduling
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of culinary experience (you can work every station)
- 2+ years in a leadership role managing BOH teams
- Strong knowledge of food cost, COGS, prep systems, and delivery logistics
- Tech-savvy: familiar with kiosks, online ordering, and third-party delivery platforms
- Calm under pressure, coach-like leadership, and service-driven mindset
Requirements:
- Manager’s Food Handlers Certificate
- Flexible availability (weekends/holidays)
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
