- 3+ years as a GM in high-volume, upscale dining
- Experience in Michelin-rated or top-tier restaurants
- Proven leader in scratch kitchens with strong P&L and labor management skills
- Builds high-performing teams and delivers consistent 5-star guest experiences
- Calm under pressure, obsessed with quality, and thrives on accountability
