Chef De Cuisine Compensation:
- Salary range $95,000 to $100,000

Chef De Cuisine Qualifications:
- Three years experience as an Executive Chef/Chef De Cuisine
- Expertise working in banquets and in-room dining – full service
- Ownership mentality
- Solid leadership and team building experience
