We have an immediate opening for an Executive Chef in our well established restaurant. Must have private club background, and 5 years of experience in Sous/EC. We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 and offer relocation assistance.

Executive Chef Benefits:

Executive Chef Qualifications:

  • Five years of experience as a Sous Chef
  • Low Country and Southern Cuisine cooking
  • Must have experience working in a private club

Executive Chef Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for anything pertinent to all dining outlets and banquets and member events
  • Oversee BOH, build relationships with FOH
  • Work with management
  • Management food and labor costs
  • Build relationships with guests and give them a great dining experience
