We are seeking an experienced NYC Restaurant Manager for a luxury hotel.

Hotel experience is a big plus!

Restaurant Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:

  • Actively lead by example, inspire, and teach skills that will elevate the guest experience, the teams, the restaurant, hotel, and company
  • Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a senior management position overseeing a full-service restaurant
  • Ensures the restaurant team delivers on service standards; touches tables at every service to cultivate regulars
  • Ensures consistent execution of food, beverage, service, and hospitality that aligns with our values
  • Proactively manages prime costs in conjunction with the GM, with an eye on the daily & weekly projections and budgets
  • A passion for excellence in hospitality.
