Brewery Floor Manager Benefits:

Brewery Floor Manager Requirements:
- 5+ years bar or brewery experience with strong bar knowledge
- Passion for beer and customer service
- Ability to follow and train on existing systems
- Team retention and development
- Restaurant tech-savvy
- Understanding of financial metrics, revenue growth, cost controls and scheduling
