We have a client in the Boston Area seeking to grow their Finance Team. The ideal candidate for the Finance Associate Role will come with relevant experience and must be local to the Boston Metro Area.
This position will be Hybrid: Onsite 3 Days/Remote 2 Days Weekly.
Finance Associate – PS Responsibilities:
- Point of contact for the team via day-to-day management of the group’s central e-mail box
- Professionally and knowledgeably interact with investors in a client service capacity
- Day to day responsibility and management of all credit facility processing and compliance
- Perform several ad-hoc services, such as, mortgage underwriting assistance, bank/brokerage account opening and ancillary service provider recommendations
- Assist with development and maintenance of various systems and applications including GL, contact management, report generation, report distribution, and other systems utilized by groups within the firm.
- Develop and maintain procedural documents as well as manage various investor related forms and documents
- Point of contact for banking relationships, responsible for setting up new accounts, maintaining wiring instructions and authorized signer records
Finance Associate – PS Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in operations, family office or investor relations capacity in the financial services industry
- Demonstrated proficiency utilizing technology to enhance organizational performance
- Excellent project management and organizational skills; ability to effectively prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail
- Creative problem-solving ability and sound judgment – ability to use own initiative and take responsibility for decisions
- Ability to handle highly confidential and sensitive information
- Team focused individual with unquestionable integrity, strong interpersonal skills, and the capacity to interact with professionals at all levels both within and outside the firm
- Ability and desire to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting (Preferred)
Finance Associate – PS Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary 80k -90k (based on experience)
- Medical, Dental, & Vision coverage
- Bonus Eligibility up to 15%
- Employee Profit Sharing Plan 14.3%
