Construction Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish. You will lead group construction projects from start to finish, and along with organizing and overseeing construction procedures. An excellent Construction Project Manager must be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals from different disciplines to achieve the best results. MUST have experience in multi-family, senior living, and K-12 sectors.

Construction Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee all facets of projects, including the physical construction, schedule, required reports, and financial aspects, as well as interacting with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and owners.
- Estimating all expenses, including direct costs like labor and materials, as well as indirect costs, overhead, and contractor markups.
Construction Project Manager Qualifications:
- BS Construction Project Management or Engineering
- Multi-family, Senior living, or K-12 Construction experience
- Trades industry experience like carpentry, concrete, etc., a HUGE PLUS!
