A beautiful waterfront location is seeking an Executive Chef to be the driving force for our casual fine dining environment. Traditional New England fare with comtemporary flare is our focus.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role and environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations- HACCP and Serv Safe
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
