Are you a creative, hands-on culinary leader with a passion for bold Asian flavors and modern presentation? A well-established, chef-driven Asian Fusion restaurant in the Midtown-Downtown Atlanta area is looking for a dynamic Executive Chef to lead our back-of-house operations. We offer a supportive and stable environment where team members grow and thrive—many of our staff have been with us for years!

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 3+ years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in Asian or Asian Fusion cuisine
• A strong and steady career history (no more than 2-3 roles in the past 5 years)
• A creative approach to modern Asian cooking, with an emphasis on flavor and presentation
• A positive, operations-focused mindset with the ability to lead and develop a cohesive kitchen team
• Passionate, open-minded, and solutions-oriented—thriving in a fast-paced, chef-driven kitchen
• Bilingual (Spanish)-plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee kitchen operations, including prep, production, inventory, purchasing, and cleanliness
• Train and mentor the back-of-house team to ensure consistency in dish execution and presentation
• Maintain high standards for food safety, quality, and efficiency
• Lead with confidence and calm under pressure, proactively solving challenges as they arise
• Work closely with ownership to continually refine and evolve menu offerings
