We are partnering with a well-established, family-owned manufacturing company that has been in business for over 50 years. They are seeking a hands-on, proactive Production Manager to bring structure and efficiency to their manual production environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, analytical, and comfortable working closely with ownership to optimize day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and manage daily production schedules.
• Lead initiatives to improve workflow, reduce downtime, and enhance productivity.
• Apply Six Sigma, 5S, or other lean methodologies to optimize operations.
• Analyze performance data using Excel and ERP systems.
• Establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) and drive structure.
• Collaborate directly with ownership on operational strategy and improvements.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Communicate effectively with team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience managing a manual production floor—furniture manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong background in process improvement, lean methodologies, and data analysis.
• Proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong communication and employee relations skills.
• Prior experience in small, family-run businesses is highly valued.
• Stable work history (3–4+ years in each role preferred).
• Spanish-speaking ability is a plus, not required.
