Casino General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Must have strong leadership skills, motivating and managing all employees
  • Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining a positive attitude
  • Developing the short/long-term visions and goals for operations
  • Review and analyze current and historical financial data, establishing annual and monthly budget projections and reallocating spending as necessary
  • Drive profitability and market share by collaborating with Leadership to develop and implement effective operational and organizational infrastructure
  • Comply with Gaming regulatory requirements

Casino General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Strong experience in Casino Operations, Hotel Management and Gaming
  • Strong work history with good tenure
