What We're Looking For: Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, high-volume setting
- Proven leadership success in polished casual or upscale casual environments
- Strong presence with a hands-on, can-do leadership style
- Passion for people development and building cohesive teams
- Wine and spirits knowledge is a big plus
