What You'll Do:
- Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture
- Think creatively to drive sales and improve operations
- Ensure consistent focus on guest satisfaction and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience
- Experience managing $3 million+ in annual sales
- A leader who works shoulder-to-shoulder with their team
- High energy and infectious enthusiasm for hospitality and leadership
