Restaurant General Manager's Requirements:
- Exposure to sales volumes of $8 million-plus per year
- Hands-on leadership style
- Detail focused, high energy, and guest satisfaction driven
- Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills
- Skilled in leading and developing one's team
- Effective and clear communication skills
- The desire to constantly improve both oneself and the restaurant
- Professional image & demeanor
Restaurant General Manager's Responsibilities:
- Manage daily financials and operations of the restaurant
- Drive sales through training, marketing, and community engagement
- Mentor and develop staff
- Ensure safety and sanitation guidelines are met
- Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
