We're seeking an experienced Director of Business Development to drive sales success and lead a high-performing team to new heights. If you thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment and know what it takes to build and guide successful sales teams—this could be your next big move.

What We’re Looking For: ONLY accepting candidates within the TRADE SHOW exhibit or related industries
- 5+ years leading top-performing sales teams.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and drive productivity across a sales organization
- Track record of building and executing successful annual sales strategies, including account growth and retention
- Strong presentation skills—confident introducing new vendor solutions and products to clients
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and mentoring new sales talent
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Comfortable interpreting both quantitative and qualitative sales data
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
- Natural problem-solver with a strategic mindset
