Sous Chef Requirements & Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or strong Lead Line Cook in an upscale, high-volume ($8M+) scratch kitchen
• Proven ability to lead daily BOH operations while upholding culinary and brand standards
• Strong understanding of COGS management, inventory control, and vendor ordering
• Familiarity with Restaurant365, Toast POS, HotSchedules, and third-party delivery platforms
• Ability to mentor and supervise a large team with a hands-on leadership style
Sous Chef Preferred Background & Skills:
• Basic sushi knowledge is a plus
• Backgrounds in fast casual, chain restaurants, or hotels are typically not a match for this concept
• Candidates based in Tampa or Orlando are strongly preferred
