Mechanical Maintenance Director – What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (strongly preferred)
- 10+ years managing industrial maintenance teams, including CapEx project oversight
- Hands-on experience with electrical systems, robotics, PLC troubleshooting, HVAC, and vendor coordination
- Solid track record in SOP development, lean practices, and maintenance planning
- Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and drive execution with urgency
- Excellent delegation, communication, and organizational skills
Mechanical Maintenance Director – Oversee, Execute, Deliver
- Lead maintenance operations for all plant systems, including electrical, PLCs, robotics, HVAC, and structural equipment
- Own all high-level project management activities including capital expenditure (CapEx) budgeting, execution, and vendor oversight
- Apply industrial engineering and lean manufacturing principles to improve plant efficiency, throughput, and safety
- Spearhead maintenance planning and plant equipment layout with full accountability over project results
- Implement SOPs to enhance safety, quality, uptime, and cost-effectiveness
- Collaborate across departments to support operations, training, and long-term reliability
- Ensure compliance with LOTO, HACCP, PPE, and OSHA standards
