Restaurant Director of Operations Benefits:
· Full Health Insurance Package
· Great base salary of 130k to 160k
· Additional bonus based on KPIs of up to 30% of base.
· 401K with company match
· Paid Vacation Time
Restaurant Director of Operations Requirements:
· At least 5 years’ of QSR experience as an Area Director or Director of Operations
· High-energy, Motivated, Flexible
· Must have solid experience with quality burger brand like McDonald's, Wendy’s, Culver's,
· Experience with New Restaurant Openings.
· Must live in the Chicago Suburbs or be willing to relocate
· Clean and valid Driver’s License
Restaurant Director of Operations Responsibilities:
· Responsible for all duties of the restaurant group operations
· Oversee 4-5 District Managers, 25–30 restaurants.
· Coach, mentor and develop managers, GMs and DMs.
· Help create a culture that promotes associate loyalty and a high level of customer service.
· Grow profit and revenues through building quality processes and efficiency.
· Travel to locations in Illinois.
