What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive kitchen leadership, including recent Executive Chef experience
- Proven success in high-volume kitchens ($7M+ in annual sales)
- Strength in mentoring and developing kitchen teams
- Creative flair in menu design and local inspiration
- Business-minded: cost control, inventory, labor, and P&L awareness
- Clear, effective communicator who thrives under pressure
- Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe Certified a must
