We are seeking an experienced Director of Finance for the private credit decision of a large PE firm in the Boston, MA area. If you are located in the Boston, MA area, come from a top 10 CPA firm, and are looking to take your career to the next level, please apply today!

Benefits for the Finance Director:

  • Competitive base salary of $160,000 – $195,000 plus bonus and company profit sharing
  • Bonus is 35%-40% and profit sharing is 14% for a potential $330,000 in total compensation
  • Comprehensive benefits, PTO, and 401(k)

Qualifications for the Finance Director:

  • Minimum of 11+ years of experience in finance, ideally in a leadership position
  • Experience in asset management, with direct lending and mezz loan strategies
  • Exposure to multiple jurisdictions
  • Top academic scores and credentials such as MBA, CFA, or CPA preferred
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills

Responsibilities for the Finance Director:

  • Lead the private funds division
  • Own financial reporting and audits
  • Oversee the finance team and operations
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party partners
  • Evaluate and enhance processes and systems to deliver operational efficiency
  • Review capital allocation, incentive fees, and fund NAV, ensuring the NAV package is accurate and complete.
